*PURE MedSpa Monthly Member Drawing: No purchase or membership is necessary to enter or win. Anyone may enter the drawing by providing a written request to PURE MedSpa, 1520 Jabez Run, Millersville, MD 21108, at least 30 days in advance of the upcoming drawing.

Drawings are held on the 1st of each month. Members are entered automatically after three consecutive on-time monthly membership payments. A payment 15 or more days past due restarts the three-payment waiting period. A canceled membership forfeits its entries, including referral entries. Each eligible member receives one entry per drawing for each active membership (written-request entrants receive one entry); entries do not carry over. A member receives five additional entries in the next month's drawing for each referred new member who enrolls that month (or in their first eligible drawing, if not yet eligible); there is no cap on referral entries. A referred new member receives five additional entries in their first eligible drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one win per person per calendar year.

Prize: one complimentary couple's vacation incentive with a stated value of $3,000+. The winner pays applicable resort taxes and fees to activate, plus personal travel expenses. Subject to the full terms below.

Full Drawing & Vacation Terms

1. Eligibility

As described above.

2. Vacation Activation

  • A vacation activation link will be emailed to the winner and will remain valid for 7 days.
  • The winner must click the activation link within the 7-day period to activate and claim the vacation.
  • After activation, the winner has up to 18 months to select a destination and travel dates, and confirm the booking.

3. Room Types and Guest Requirements

  • Accommodations are for a maximum of two adults, and at least one guest must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Some properties may allow up to two additional guests and/or children under 12, depending on room type and bed configuration. Availability varies by resort.

4. Resort Taxes, Fees and Expenses

  • The vacation is activated by paying applicable resort taxes and fees per night online.
  • Taxes, resort fees and other personal expenses (for example meals, transportation and gratuities) are the winner's responsibility.
  • Example resort fees (subject to change): Las Vegas $16.00–$38.00 per night; Orlando $5.00–$12.00; Gatlinburg/Branson/Williamsburg $0–$12.00; Daytona Beach $15.00–$20.00; Myrtle Beach, SC $5.00–$15.00; Mexico $10.00–$14.00. Resort fees typically cover amenities such as WiFi, local calls, fitness centers and pool or beach towels, and vary by property and season.

5. Booking and Availability

  • Reservations require at least 30 days' advance notice.
  • Reservations are subject to availability and are not valid during major holidays or special events at the resorts.
  • Check-in is available seven days a week. Weekend stays may incur a small additional surcharge.

6. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

  • Activation is final, non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Once travel dates are confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed. Cancellations or no-shows after confirmation forfeit activation fees.

7. Value and Substitutions

  • The vacation incentive has no cash surrender value and is void where prohibited by law.
  • If required due to availability, the selected resort may be substituted with another of equal or similar value, subject to the winner's approval.
  • Room types and bed configurations are subject to availability at check-in.

8. Third-Party Availability

  • All participating resorts are subject to third-party availability.
  • PURE MedSpa reserves the right to withdraw or modify this program at its discretion without notice.

9. General

  • These terms are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Resort inventory and pricing are managed by third parties, and flexibility may be limited compared to regular retail bookings.
  • By activating the vacation incentive, the winner acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
