What is the price lock guarantee?
PASSPORT is a transparent $99 a month. No hidden fees, no contract, and no higher rate once you're in the door. Your first month and your last month are always the same price.
What exactly is included for $99 a month?
A complimentary medical facial every month (reg. $210), a laser skin scan analysis (reg. $150), PureRx® skincare products (up to $520 value), 50% off microdermabrasion (reg. $140), 50% off all lash and brow treatments, 10% off all Botox and fillers, 10% off all treatment packages, $50 off all chemical peels, larger discounts on monthly promotions, and access to PURE Rewards.
Am I locked in?
No. There are no membership contracts. PASSPORT is month to month and can be canceled at any time, for any reason.
How do I cancel?
Through the PURE Rewards app, or by filling out our cancellation survey. We need a request through one of those two routes to process a cancellation. Canceling ends all member benefits immediately, including any remaining treatments, discounts, VIP tickets and PURE Rewards points. There is a six-month waiting period before re-enrolling, and PURE Rewards points start again from zero.
Can I share my benefits with someone else?
Membership benefits are for the member only. You can use your 10% discount to buy products or treatments for family or friends, or, better yet, invite them to join PASSPORT themselves.
Can I hold this alongside PURETox or PHYSIQUE?
Yes, and many members do. The three memberships cover different ground (skin, injectables, and body and wellness), so they stack rather than overlap.
