What is the PASSPORT to PURE CONFIDENCE price lock guarantee?
We offer a transparent price in the form of a low $99 monthly membership. The PURE MedSpa is democratizing medical spa treatments which means we're making it more affordable for everyone! Other companies have hidden fees, contractual agreements, or charge higher rates once you are "in the door," but here, the first month and the last month are always going to be the same price - that's our price lock guarantee!
Does the membership price include all injectables, lasers, skincare products, and treatments?
Yes - We are completely transparent with our pricing.
The PASSPORT to Pure Confidence Membership is $99/mo and includes the following:

Can I transfer or give any of my membership benefits to another person?
Unfortunately no. Although sharing is caring, each patient's membership perks are solely for their use.
However - we love that you are super generous and you can always use your 10% discount to purchase any products or treatments for a family or friend. Better yet, why not recommend they get their PASSPORT to Pure Confidence too?
Does membership include a contract or can I cancel my membership at anytime?
No, we do not have membership contracts. We aren't trying to lock you into any long term agreements, we want you to be here because you love getting an exclusive, VIP experience for your routine medspa treatments. All memberships offered at the PURE MedSpa are month to month programs that can be canceled at anytime for any reason.
If you wish to cancel your membership you can do so in your PURE Rewards app, or by contacting us directly. Please keep in mind that when you cancel your membership you will not be able to claim any additional treatments, discounts, VIP tickets, PURE Rewards Points or any other member benefit. Cancelation will automatically and immediately forfeit all benefits.
After cancellation there is a minimum 6 month re-enrollment waiting period and all accumulated PURE Rewards points will start back at zero.
