What is the PHYSIQUE price lock guarantee?
We offer a transparent price in the form of a low $99 monthly membership. The PURE MedSpa is democratizing medical spa treatments which means we're making it more affordable for everyone! Other companies have hidden fees, contractual agreements, or charge higher rates once you are "in the door," but here, the first month and the last month are always going to be the same price - that's our price lock guarantee!
Can I join PHYSIQUE if I'm Pregnant, Nursing, or planning to get Pregnant?
No studies have been performed to determine the safety of semaglutide in patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. We recommend discontinuing Semaglutide for at least two months prior to becoming pregnant.
It's always important to discuss any and all of the medications you're taking or planning to take with your doctor to ensure safety.
Does the PHYSIQUE membership include the cost of Semaglutide GLP-1 and treatments?
We are completely transparent with our pricing.
PHYSIQUE membership is just $99/mo and includes the initial consultation, prescription for Semaglutide GLP-1 sent to the pharmacy of your choice, expert guidance, nutritional counseling, routine check-ins, and tracking of your success for celebrations!
We do offer additional add-ons to help you achieve your desired physique in a more expedient manner. These would be the Results Booster, Cellulite Eraser, and Envy
**We do not handle is the cost of the prescription at the time of pickup. We have vetted numerous pharmacies, and our partner offers one of the most affordable prices in the market. Other locations will charge you $150/week for the injection - we provide you with supplies to administer your injection for up to 2 months for approx. $220.**
Does membership include a contract or can I cancel my membership at anytime?
No, we do not have membership contracts. We aren't trying to lock you into any long term agreements, we want you to be here because you love getting an exclusive, VIP experience for your routine medspa treatments. All memberships offered at the PURE MedSpa are month to month programs that can be canceled at anytime for any reason.
If you wish to cancel your membership you can do so in your PURE Rewards app, or by filling out our cancellation survey. Please note that without receiving a cancellation request from one of these two methods we will not be able to cancel a membership. Proper documentation is required. Also, when you cancel your membership you will not be able to claim any additional treatments, discounts, VIP tickets, PURE Rewards Points or any other member benefit. Cancelation will automatically and immediately forfeit all benefits.
After cancellation there is a minimum 6 month re-enrollment waiting period and all accumulated PURE Rewards points will start back at zero.
